Gang Affiliation definition

Gang Affiliation means the identifying of an individual with an organization, group, or association of people under a common name or symbol.

  • Affiliation means an elector's decision to affiliate with either a political party or a political organization, as defined in subsections (24) and (25) of this section.

  • Controlling Affiliate means an Affiliate that directly or indirectly Controls the Hotel and/or Controls the entity that Controls the Hotel.

  • Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a person providing management services to the Company, which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a person engaged in investor relations activities.

  • Participating Affiliate means an Affiliate which has been designated by the Committee in advance of the Purchase Period in question as a corporation whose eligible Permanent Full-Time Employees may participate in the Plan.

  • Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.
