Gas Account definition

Gas Account means a Banked Gas Account, storage account or balancing account.
Gas Account means a statement issued by the retailer setting out the details of a customer’s gas consumption as described in clause 9.6.
Gas Account means a statement issued by the retailer setting out the details of a customer’s gas consumption and the associated charges, as described in clause 8.

  • The Storage User acknowledges that the Priority Matrix may only ▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ a Working Gas Account as source for the withdrawal of Working Gas to a balancing group of the Receiving Network if the relevant withdrawal is permissible pursuant to Annex 1.

  • The Agent and each Customer acknowledge and agree that there shall be established for each Pool an account to record the volumes of Gas Delivered and Gas Taken in respect of such Pool (each, a “Banked Gas Account”), and that the receipt and delivery information of each of the various Customers who, and the various Terminal Location(s) which, are associated with the relevant Pool shall be aggregated for the purposes of determining the balance of the Banked Gas Account of such Pool.

  • For purposes of this Section 2.8, and without in any way limiting any of the foregoing, the Agent shall be deemed to have a valid and appropriate letter or other document appointing the Agent as the authorized agent of a Customer upon the Agent submitting a Transaction Request in respect of a Customer or associating the Customer's Gas Account with a Pool.

Gas Account means an invoice issued from time to time by the Contractor to a Customer for the provision of reticulated gas by the Contractor to the Customer’s principal place of residence and includes the associated supply charge, but does not include any charge that is unrelated to the supply of gas.
