Gas Distribution definition

Gas Distribution means fixed equipment, structures, plastic and metal lines and pipe, valves, fittings, appliances and related facilities used or intended for the purpose of conveying, testing, monitoring, distributing, mixing, storing, measuring and delivering Gas and making it available for use within the Municipality;
Gas Distribution means the transport of gas via the Distribution System;
Gas Distribution means transmission of gas via the distribution system, serving primarily to supply gas to end customers.

  • Where reasonable and in the best interests of both the Municipality and the Consumer, the Company will cooperate with the Municipality and coordinate the installation of the Natural Gas Distribution System along the designated rights-of-way pursuant to the direction of the Municipality.

  • Subject to its Delivery Tariff, the Company will use its best efforts on a commercially reasonable basis to avoid and minimize any interruption, reduction or discontinuance of Natural Gas Distribution Service to any Consumer.
