gas-free certificate definition

gas-free certificate means a certificate issued by a certified chemist confirming that at the time of testing a tank, pipeline, compartment, container or any other enclosed space was gas free for a specific purpose;
gas-free certificate means a certificate granted by an officer appointed by the Central Government in this behalf to the effect that a vessel has been thoroughly cleaned and freed from petroleum and inflammable vapour;
