Gas In Kind definition
Gas In Kind means the amount of Gas the Company shall retain of gas received at the Point(s) of Receipt to compensate for Company use and lost and unaccounted-for-gas on the Company's system. This volume shall not be included in the quantity available for delivery to the Shipper.
Gas In Kind means 0.12% of all quantities of Gas delivered by Shipper on the AEP,
