Gas Reserves definition

Gas Reserves means the total quantity of Seller’s proved developed reserves and Seller’s proved undeveloped reserves in the ▇▇▇▇ Inlet Area as determined in accordance with sound petroleum reservoir engineering practices.
Gas Reserves means and include proved developed oil and gas reserves and proved undeveloped oil and gas reserves as defined by SEC Regulation S-X, Rule 4-10(a), or any replacement or modification thereof.
