Examples of Gas Specifications in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, odorant may be added to the gas to comply with relevant Laws provided the gas is still able to meet the Gas Specifications.

  • The Customer further acknowledges that AGL cannot control the quality or condition of gas at a Delivery Point or the continuity of the delivery of gas, and therefore cannot commit to selling or delivering gas that complies with the Gas Specifications.

  • If any modifications to the ELC Liquefaction Facilities become necessary due to a modification of the Gas Specifications, the LNG Specifications or the Stabilized Condensate Specifications (a) because of a FERC Order or mandate of general or specific applicability to ELC or change in the Applicable Law or (b) are requested by Customer or an Affiliate, ELC agrees to promptly implement such modifications at Customer’s sole cost and expense to accommodate such modifications.

  • If Additional Services are provided pursuant to Section 7, with respect to the Gas Specifications, Gatherer and Shipper shall amend the Plant Inlet Specifications as necessary to take into account the Additional Services.

  • Should any Gas for receipt by ELC fail at any time to conform to any of the Gas Specifications, ELC shall give prompt notice thereof to Customer and ELC may, at its option, suspend all or a portion of the receipt of any such Gas and/or delivery of LNG.

  • All Gas delivered by Customer under this Agreement shall meet the Gas Specifications.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, odorant may be added to the Natural Gas to comply with relevant Laws provided the Natural Gas is still able to meet the Gas Specifications.

  • If at any time Gatherer becomes aware that Shipper Gas at the Receipt Points fails to conform to the Gas Specifications.

Related to Gas Specifications

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings that are set out by the Authority to the Supplier.

  • Class specification means a formal written statement of the class which defines the general character and scope of the duties and responsibilities of positions in the class, lists typical or illustrative examples of work of positions in the class, enumerates the knowledge, skills and abilities required for successful performance of the work and states required minimum experience and training for positions in the class.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Standard Specifications means all applicable legal requirements pertaining to the development of the Property including, but not limited to, Master Subdivision Plan, applicable permits, and construction drawings required for all Infrastructure, including, without limitation, the Town's Unified Development Ordinance, Knightdale's Water Allocation Policy (Ordinance # 13-06- 19-001 and Ordinance # ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇) and Standard Specifications and Construction Details Manual. The failure of this Agreement to describe any other permit, condition, or term of restriction applicable to the Property does not relieve Developer of the necessity of complying with the same.
