Gas supply service means the provision to customers of the retail commodity of gas, but does not include any regulated distribution service.

Gas supply service means the provision to customers of retail commodity of natural gas to the citygate connection between the interstate pipeline and the LDC distribution system, including the physical natural gas, interstate transportation service and balancing, in quantities and to specifications set forth in the LDC’s third party supplier tariff.

• Our Right to Cancel: We can end this Agreement, at no cost invoiced sums authorized under this Agreement, Gas supply service may be to us, if: (i) required/allowed by law; (ii) the utility is unable to service your discontinued by Just Energy with prior notice.

• Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that TEAC‌ will meet its obligations to provide Gas supply service to Purchaser under this Agreement through its purchase of long-term Gas supplies on a prepaid basis from Prepay LLC under the Prepaid Agreement and that TEAC is financing its purchase of such long-term supplies through the issuance of the Bonds.
