Gas Transaction definition

Gas Transaction means a purchase or sale of Gas between MMC and Energy Manager.
Gas Transaction means a Physical Gas Transaction. a Cash Settled Gas Transaction or an MSV Transaction.
Gas Transaction shall have the meaning set forth in the ISDA Master Agreements.

  • Trading Participants must maintain deliveries and receipts of gas at Delivery Points as nearly as practical at a uniform hourly rate of flow during a Gas Day or, in the case of a Balance-of-Day Gas Transaction, during the Delivery Period for that Transaction.

  • Each party shall give the other party timely prior notice, sufficient to meet the requirements of all Transporter(s) involved in the Gas Transaction, of the quantities of Gas to be delivered and purchased each Day.

  • For the purposes of this clause, each Forward Gas Transaction described in paragraph (b) is a ‘Relevant Transaction’.

  • If the location for a requested Gas Transaction is not specified in Inside FERC’s Gas Market Report or Natural Gas Intelligence as applicable, EDF will make DB1/ 102884396.4 good faith efforts to provide a comparable quote in response to ESCO’s request.

  • If the fixed price for any Gas Swap includes a Gas Adder, Party B shall not be obligated to pay a Gas Adder with respect to that portion of any Gas Transaction which at the time of determination is hedged by such Gas Swap.

  • For the purpose of Section 3.2, the applicable form of Confirmation for a Gas Transaction is attached to Schedule G as Exhibit G1.

Gas Transaction means a DWGM Transaction, or an STTM Transaction.
