gas transmission system operator. (hereinafter: gas TSO) means a natural or legal person that performs the function of natural gas TSO and is responsible for operating, maintaining and developing the transmission system in a given area and, where applicable, its interconnections with other systems, and for ensuring the long-term ability of the system to meet reasonable demands for the transport of gas;
gas transmission system operator means a transmission system operator desig- nated pursuant to Part 3;
gas transmission system operator means a subject of commercial activity which acts on the basis of a license and carries out activities of transmission of natural gas for the benefit of third parties (users) via a gas transmission system;
