Gaseous Oxygen definition

Gaseous Oxygen means oxygen delivered hereunder up to the maximum instantaneous demand rates specified in Article 2.1(a).
Gaseous Oxygen means oxygen delivered (a) at a maximum instantaneous demand rate not to exceed XXXXXXXX Cubic Feet per minute, or (b) up to a quantity not to exceed XXXXXXXX Cubic Feet in any Month.
