Broadband Services shall include (a) a local ethernet connection for distribution of content to other networks on the local ethernet in a Gateway Facility, (b) InterGateway transport, with traffic terminating to any customer on the Level 3 Network or any Level 3 peer through non-paid peering points, and (c) transit services, with traffic terminating to Level 3 transit connections.

American Tower shall provide an initial estimate to provide such Gateway Facility or services.
Each Gateway Facility may serve (a) a single MNO or (b) multiple MNOs in each country (each, a “Market”).
If AST does not, in its reasonable estimation, deem such estimate acceptable, AST shall put to open bid such Gateway Facility or services, to which process American Tower shall be invited, in its sole discretion, to participate, but in no case shall AST accept any bid that, all things being equal, is inferior to American Tower’s best and final proposal.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Grantor may send a separate Completion Notice for each Grantor Gateway Facility located along a Segment.
Grantee shall provide Grantor with written notice within sixty (60) days following execution of this Agreement specifying the amount of space it wishes to utilize in each Regeneration Facility, Opamp Facility and Grantor Gateway Facility within each Segment where Grantee is receiving Grantee Fibers.
