Gathering Systems definition

Gathering Systems means any pipeline systems owned or leased from time to time by any Loan Party that are used in the business of such Loan Party.

Gathering Systems means gathering systems located in Campbell, Converse, and Niobrara Counties, Wyoming, or any future new gathering systems that are able to directly or directly deliver Petroleum into the PRB Expansion Project.

Gathering Systems means all right, title and interest of Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries in and to all (i) Hydrocarbon pipelines through which any Hydrocarbons produced from any of the Oil and Gas Properties is transported to a master/sales meter from which such Hydrocarbons can be sold to, or delivered for further transport to, a non-Affiliate of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and meters, compressors, drips, stripping or other treatment plants or facilities located on or used in connection therewith; (ii) easements, rights of way, permits, licenses, road boring agreements and similar contracts and grants pursuant to which any of the foregoing gathering systems were constructed or exist (whether such rights are contained in a separate instrument or in an oil and gas lease or other instrument); and (iii) all accounts, contract rights and general intangibles related to the Hydrocarbons located, stored or transported through any of the foregoing gathering systems.

Examples of Gathering Systems in a sentence

• The Resource Entities agree to assist the MLP in seeking to identify for possible acquisition Third Party Gathering Systems and to provide consulting services to MLP in evaluating and acquiring any such identified gathering system.

• Producers shall be responsible for the cost of connecting (i) such new Producer Xxxxx on pads on a Xxxxxxx Gathering System where Gatherer has installed a Gatherer’s Receipt Meter and (ii) new Xxxxxxx Delivery Points added to the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems for gas lift operations under Section 11 of this Exhibit A.

• No DevCo has title to any of the Refined Products which are transported and/or distributed through the Gathering Systems, except pursuant to agreements under which the relevant DevCo does not have any exposure to commodity price volatility as a result of having title to such Refined Products.

• Promptly, but in any event within five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof by any DevCo, a copy of any form of notice, summons, citation, proceeding or order received from the FERC asserting jurisdiction over any material portion of the Gathering Systems.

• A Participating Party in a subsequent Development Phase may propose to access the Facilities installed for a previous Development Phase in accordance with Article 14 (Facilities and Gathering Systems).

Gathering Systems means all right, title and interest of Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries and Affiliates in and to all (i) Hydrocarbon pipelines through which any Hydrocarbons produced from any of the Xxxxx flows to, or has flowed at any time during the preceding twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of this Agreement, to a master/sales meter from which such Hydrocarbons can be sold to, or delivered for further transport to, a non-Affiliate of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries ("SUBJECT PIPELINES"); (ii) meters, compressors, drips, stripping or other treatment plants or facilities, drips and other facilities located on or used in connection with or related to the Subject Pipelines; (iii) easements, rights of way, permits, licenses, road boring agreements and similar contracts and grants pursuant to which the Subject Pipelines were constructed or exist (whether such rights are contained in a separate instrument or in an oil and gas lease or other instrument); and (iv) all accounts, contract rights and general intangibles related to the Hydrocarbons produced from the Xxxxx.

Gathering Systems means the Blacktail Gathering System, the Niobrara Gathering and Processing System, the Tioga Gathering System and the Utica Gathering System.
