Gazit 1995 means Gazit (1995) Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, whether, for the avoidance of doubt, in its capacity as a guarantor under this Agreement and the other BLUSA Loan Documents, in its capacity as a guarantor under the BLL Loan Documents or in any other capacity.
