GC Notice Recipient definition

GC Notice Recipient with respect to any Government Contract, the true and correct (x) contracting officer, or the head of the respective U.S. government department or agency, (y) surety or sureties upon the bond or bonds, if any, in connection with such Government Contract, and (z) disbursing officer, if any designated in such Government Contract to make payment.

  • Service Recipient means, with respect to a Participant holding a given Award, the member of the Company Group by which the original recipient of such Award is, or following a Termination was most recently, principally employed or to which such original recipient provides, or following a Termination was most recently providing, services, as applicable.
