GDP Index definition

GDP Index has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 8.5 (GDP Adjustment Payments);
GDP Index means the "Fixed-Weighted Price Index for the Gross Domestic Product, 1987 Weights" published by the United States Department of Commerce.

  • In the event that the base year used as part of the calculation of the GDP Index is changed, the calculation of Service Costs will be adjusted to ensure that WilTel receives the same Service Costs amounts as it would have had the base year not been changed.

  • In the event the Department of Commerce or any successor organization no longer publishes the GDP Index, the Parties will designate the statistical index they reasonably and mutually agree to be most appropriate for calculation of Service Costs adjustments, and from the date the GDP Index ceased to be published, such index will be used to make adjustments in Service Costs under this Section 3.03.

  • SIFMA Index means the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index, produced by Municipal Market Data, or if such index is not published, then such other index selected by the Treasurer which reflects the yield of tax-exempt seven-day variable rate demand bonds.

  • CMT Index Not applicable.

  • Case-mix index means an arithmetical index measuring the relative average costliness of outpatient cases treated in a hospital, compared to the statewide average.
