GE Facility means GE's production and manufacturing plants wherever situated;

GE Facility means one or more credit facilities, vendor financings, mortgage financings, purchase money obligations, capital leases or similar arrangements to be entered into on terms reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, to provide loans to finance or refinance construction, purchase, improvement or lease of Specified FF&E.

GE Facility means the Master Promissory Note Agreement, dated as of September 26, 2001 (and each promissory note related thereto) and Master Security Agreement dated as of March 25, 1999, as amended, in each case between the Seller and the Purchaser.
