Facility definition

Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
Facility means the Term Facility or the Revolving Credit Facility, as the context may require.
Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;

  • In connection with any financing or refinancing of the Facility by Seller, Buyer shall in good faith work with Seller and Xxxxxxx to agree upon a consent to collateral assignment of this Agreement (“Collateral Assignment Agreement”).

More Definitions of Facility

Facility each of (a) the Term Commitments and the Term Loans made thereunder (the “Term Facility”) and (b) the Revolving Commitments and the extensions of credit made thereunder (the “Revolving Facility”).
