Examples of GE Hosted Services in a sentence
Each Party is deemed to have taken any action that such Party knowingly permits, assists, or facilitates any user or any other person or entity to take related to this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’ Content or the GE Hosted Services.
When ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ uses the GE Hosted Services to host and provide a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Application to a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall cause such ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer to agree to terms and conditions that are substantially similar to those terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Orders that are applicable to the GE Hosted Services.
If ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ becomes aware of any violation of this Agreement by a user, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall immediately address such violations, up to and including terminating such user’s access to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Content and the GE Hosted Services and concurrently notify GE Digital and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall use its reasonable efforts in good faith to cooperate with GE Digital in investigating any such apparent violation of this Agreement.
If such change, discontinuation, or deprecation is more than de minimis, GE Digital shall promptly (but in no event less notice than reasonable notice and no less notice than GE Digital provides other GE Industrial Businesses) notify ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing of all updates or changes to the GE Hosted Services.
If GE Digital changes, discontinues or adds to the technical support plans generally provided to other GE Industrial Businesses, GE Digital may change, discontinue, or add to the technical support plans for the GE Hosted Services from time to time by posting a notice to the Web site where such technical support plans are described and, if such change is more than de minimis, promptly notifying the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Services Manager in writing with the notice period given to the other GE Industrial Businesses.
The date of delivery shall be deemed to be the date when GE Digital makes the GE Hosted Services available to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and reasonably communicates that availability to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
If GE Digital becomes aware of any apparent unauthorized access to the GE Hosted Services or its related systems or networks, GE Digital shall promptly conduct an investigation and address such violation, and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall use its reasonable efforts in good faith to cooperate with GE Digital in investigating any apparent unauthorized access to the GE Hosted Services or its related systems or networks.
As between the Parties, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is responsible for securing all necessary rights and permissions to provide ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Content to GE Digital and to use ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Content or Monitored Equipment with the GE Hosted Services.
If such an Order is accepted by GE Digital, GE Digital shall provide the requested GE Hardware, GE Software or GE Hosted Services to the relevant ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Entity(ies) or to pass on to the requesting ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Customer.
As between the Parties, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is responsible for securing all necessary rights and permissions to provide ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Content to GE Digital and to use ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Content with the GE Hosted Services or other GE Digital Offerings.
