GE Hosted Services means GE Digital’s hosted Software, platform, and monitoring services, as described in the Hosted Services Documentation.

  • If GE Digital becomes aware of any apparent unauthorized access to the GE Hosted Services or its related systems or networks, GE Digital shall promptly conduct an investigation and address such violation, and Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall use its reasonable efforts in good faith to cooperate with GE Digital in investigating any apparent unauthorized access to the GE Hosted Services or its related systems or networks.

  • Xxxxx Xxxxxx agrees to use the GE Hosted Services solely in accordance with this Agreement, the Hosted Services Documentation and the applicable Order.

  • Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ credentials (which may include username, passwords, tokens, certificates, keys, and pins) issued by GE Digital or selected by Xxxxx Xxxxxx for accessing the GE Hosted Services are for Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ internal use only and Xxxxx Xxxxxx may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense them to any other entity or person, except that Xxxxx Xxxxxx may disclose Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ credentials to Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ agents and subcontractors performing work on Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ behalf.

  • If GE Digital changes, discontinues or adds to the technical support plans generally provided to other GE Industrial Businesses, GE Digital may change, discontinue, or add to the technical support plans for the GE Hosted Services from time to time by posting a notice to the Web site where such technical support plans are described and, if such change is more than de minimis, promptly notifying the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Services Manager in writing with the notice period given to the other GE Industrial Businesses.

  • If Xxxxx Xxxxxx becomes aware of any violation of this Agreement by a user, Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall immediately address such violations, up to and including terminating such user’s access to Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content and the GE Hosted Services and concurrently notify GE Digital and Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall use its reasonable efforts in good faith to cooperate with GE Digital in investigating any such apparent violation of this Agreement.

  • When Xxxxx Xxxxxx uses the GE Hosted Services to host and provide a Xxxxx Xxxxxx Application to a Xxxxx Xxxxxx Customer, Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall cause such Xxxxx Xxxxxx Customer to agree to terms and conditions that are substantially similar to those terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Orders that are applicable to the GE Hosted Services.

  • Xxxxx Xxxxxx shall use the GE Hosted Services solely for the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Business as permitted by this Agreement and shall not license, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, time share or otherwise commercially exploit the GE Hosted Services or make the GE Hosted Services available to any third party, other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement, including in Section 4.06, or as otherwise agreed to in writing by GE Digital.

  • As between the Parties, Xxxxx Xxxxxx is responsible for securing all necessary rights and permissions to provide Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content to GE Digital and to use Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content or Monitored Equipment with the GE Hosted Services.

  • Xxxxx Xxxxxx is responsible for complying with all security requirements communicated to Xxxxx Xxxxxx in writing for securing Xxxxx Xxxxxx Content in connection with using the GE Hosted Services.

  • If such change, discontinuation, or deprecation is more than de minimis, GE Digital shall promptly (but in no event less notice than reasonable notice and no less notice than GE Digital provides other GE Industrial Businesses) notify Xxxxx Xxxxxx in writing of all updates or changes to the GE Hosted Services.

Related to GE Hosted Services

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Restricted Services means services of any kind or character comparable to those Executive provided to the Company during the eighteen (18) month period immediately preceding Executive’s last date of employment with the Company.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;

Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • Termination Assistance Services has the meaning set forth in Section 18.12.
