GE Technology definition

GE Technology means all Technology that is owned by GE, Altair U.S. or any of the Sellers, other than the Business Owned Technology.
GE Technology means all hardware, software, services, information, technology, know-how, ideas, techniques, processes, documentation, works of authorship, inventions, and materials supplied, created, conceived or developed by or on behalf of GED or its Affiliates or used to provide the Alliance Community.
