GEBE means the limited liability company “NV Gemeenschappelijk Elektriciteitsbedrijf Bovenwindse Eilanden”, the sole utility company producing and distributing electricity and distributing water in the territory of the Sint Maarten, of which the Government is the sole shareholder pursuant to the register of shareholders of the country of Sint Maarten.
