Genco Business means the electric generation business and operations conducted with the Genco Assets (as such term is defined in the Master Separation Agreement), subject to the Genco Liabilities (as such term is defined in the Master Separation Agreement) contributed to and assumed by the Partnership as provided in the Master Separation Agreement.
