GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES means those general office services requested by Recipient, including secretarial and clerical work.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES means administrative, financial, human resources, legal, facilities, information technology, billing and collections and executive management services, which include without limitation the billing and collections services described in Section 2.
