General Agency definition

General Agency means TWFG General Agency, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and successor by conversion to TWFG General Agency, Inc., and a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Borrower. PFC means TWFG Premium Finance, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and successor by conversion to TWFG Premium Finance Company, a Texas corporation, and a wholly owned Subsidiary of Borrower.
