General Claim definition

General Claim means any claim other than a Tax Claim, Ownership Claim or Undisclosed Liability Claim based upon, arising out of or otherwise in respect of any inaccuracy in any representation or warranty or any breach of any covenant or agreement made or to be performed by a Party pursuant to this Assets Purchase Agreement.
General Claim means the aggregate value of any Claim(s) of a General Trade Claimant or an Other Claimant.

General Claim means a claim in respect of any of the General Warranties;
