General Enhancements means any improvements, modifications, enhancements, or extensions to or derivative works of Hortonworks Pre-existing Intellectual Property that have or could have general applicability to Hortonworks customers, including, but not limited to, any modifications to, or derivative works of, the Hortonworks Products.
