General Partner Services has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(a).
Examples of General Partner Services in a sentence
The General Partner Services shall be substantially similar in nature and quality to the services previously provided by Compressco’s U.S. employees to Compressco in connection with Compressco’s management and operation of the Partnership Assets prior to the Closing Date and no lower in quantity than is reasonably necessary to manage the Partnership Entities’ operations and conduct the Partnership Group’s business, even if greater in quantity than previously provided prior to the Closing Date.
This Agreement has been duly authorized and validly executed and delivered by Holdings, GP LLC, the General Partner, Services and each of the Operating Subs.
