General Purchase Agreements definition
General Purchase Agreements means Third-Party supply contracts or other agreements between Seller or an Affiliate of Seller and a Third Party pursuant to which Seller or an Affiliate purchases products or services from such Third-Party for any of Seller’s or an Affiliate’s businesses and not used or held for use primarily in the operation or conduct of the Engenio Business.
General Purchase Agreements means Third-Party supply contracts or other agreements between Seller or an Affiliate of Seller and a Third Party pursuant to which Seller or an Affiliate purchases or sells products or services from or to such Third-Party primarily for one or more of Seller's or such Affiliate's businesses and not used or held for use primarily in the operation or conduct of the CATV Business.
General Purchase Agreements means supply contracts or other agreements between Seller or an Affiliate of Seller and a Third Party pursuant to which Seller or an Affiliate purchases products or services from such Third Party for any of Seller's or such Affiliate's businesses other than primarily for the FPGA/FPSC Business.

General Purchase Agreements means any Contracts pursuant to which Seller or an Affiliate purchases products or services from such Third Party, including for any of Seller’s or an Affiliate’s retained businesses, in each case that are not exclusively related to or exclusively used in the operation or conduct of the Target Business.
