General Release Conditions definition

General Release Conditions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.4.
General Release Conditions has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.4. “Government Authorizations” means all Permits, no objection letters, variances, clearances and other authorizations, consents and approvals of any Government Entity that are required to own or operate the Hospital, including applicable change of ownership application(s) with CDPH.
