General Section definition

General Section. Means the General Section of this Prospectus that sets out the general terms and conditions applicable to all Sub-Funds, unless otherwise provided for in any of the Special Sections;
General Section means the section of the register that is to be distinguished from the restricted and historic sections under Article 8(2);
General Section means the general section of the Offering Memorandum, setting out the general characteristics of SFRE, to the extent the Special Section does not derogate thereto.
