General supervision means supervision of a dental
Superintendent means the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee.
State superintendent means the state superintendent of public instruction.
District superintendent means a person who holds a valid class 3 Montana teacher certificate
County Superintendent means the Executive County Superintendent of Schools designated by the Department of Education for this school district.
Personal supervision means the dentist is physically present in the treatment room to oversee and direct all intraoral or chairside services of the dental assistant trainee and a licensee or registrant is physically present to oversee and direct all extraoral services of the dental assistant.
Water Supervisor means the Water Supervisor of the appropriate local office of the Safe Drinking Water Branch of the Ministry, where the Works are geographically located;
Direct visual supervision means the supervisory dentist
Group supervision means the process of clinical supervision of no more than six persons in a group setting provided by a qualified supervisor.
Clinical supervision means direction or oversight provided either face to face or by videoconference or telephone by an individual qualified to evaluate, guide, and direct all behavioral health services provided by a licensee to assist the licensee to develop and improve the necessary knowledge, skills, techniques, and abilities to allow the licensee to engage in the practice of behavioral health ethically, safely, and competently.
Community supervision means an order of disposition by the
Contracting Department any contracting authority as defined in Regulation 5(2) of the Public Contracts (Works, Services and Supply) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 other than the Department; "Contractor Personnel" all employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Contractor and/or of any Sub-contractor; "Contractor Software" software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services; "Crown Body" any department, office or agency of the Crown;
Clinical supervisor means any of the following:
Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Assistant Superintendent means the assistant superintendent to whom the supervisor reports. If the supervisor is an assistant superintendent, the associate superintendent will serve as the assistant superintendent.
Commissioner-General means the Commissioner-General appointed under the Zambia Revenue Authority Act;
Direct supervision means oversight at a distance within which:
Labour Commissioner means the individual appointed as Labour Commissioner in terms of in section 120;
Chief Commissioner means the chief administrative officer of the County, or delegate;
Corporations Regulations means the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth).
Funeral directing means the for-profit profession of directing or supervising funerals, preparing
Commissioner of Police means the person holding or acting in the office of Commissioner of Police under the Police Act 1892;
Conservation officer means an employee of the department of natural resources, or its predecessor or successor agency, who has sworn to the prescribed oath of office and who is designated as a peace officer under section 1606 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.1606, and section 1 of 1986 PA 109, MCL 300.21.
Deputy Commissioner means the Deputy Commissioner of the district;
