General Use. Reagent means any product, service or process that relates to general genetic analysis methods and/or products and that does not employ or is not produced by the practice of any Invention or whose manufacture, use, practice, sale, offer for sale, or importation would not constitute an infringement by Licensee or its Sub-Licensee of any rights afforded by the Inventions.
General Use means use in areas exposed (at ground surface without an overlying hydraulically or bituminous bound layer such as concrete or macadam) and present over a high permeability subsoil, which overlie a groundwater aquifer, and can include low permeability uses;

Internet/Electronic Communications Use: Access to the District’s electronic communications system, including the Internet, is provided exclusively for instructional and administrative purposes and must strictly adhere to administrative regulations. Users should be aware that there is no expectation of privacy, and all Internet activity is subject to monitoring and recording. System users are required to observe generally accepted rules of network etiquette (netiquette). • Be polite and respectful: Treat others with courtesy and respect in all communications, whether in emails, chats, forums, or social media platforms. • Use appropriate language: Avoid using offensive, discriminatory, or inflammatory language. Be mindful of cultural sensitivities and diverse perspectives.

  • Contractor shall ensure staff participate in information privacy and security training at least annually, and prior to accessing protected health information (hereinafter PHI) or personal information (hereinafter PI), sign a confidentiality statement that includes, at a minimum, General use, Security and Privacy Safeguards, Unacceptable Use, and Enforcement Policies.
