General Users when using the various services for the business through Fubon Business Online, the General Users may use OTP as valid basis of performing the various services. Any and all services enabled by OTP are legal, valid and binding to Customer. Customer shall not allege or argue such electronic message is incomplete, incorrect, defective, invalid or unfounded by claiming the certificate is not used. Customer agrees to be fully liable for all the Digital Signatures he/she has applied for, and any and all behaviors of the General Users under the Application authorized to use the business under the Application, and Customer shall be liable to compensate Fubon for any and all damages and losses therefrom.
