Supplier shall, at the request of OPA, provide OPA with copies of all settlement statements, invoices and all other correspondence between Supplier and LDC relating to the Facility or any Generation Payment and authorizes OPA to request the same from LDC.
All settlement documentation, requirements and details, including the date that any Generation Payment is due and the statement of amounts owing shall be governed by the applicable LDC.

Noteworthy to mention is that the proposed Generation Payment of PhP4.9054/kWh is composed not only of the base monthly generation payment of FDCUI to PSALM but also includes the inflation index of 1.0520.
Hence, for purposes of provisional authority, the Commission deems it prudent to adopt the Generation Payment of PhP4.6629/kWh subject to the actual adjustment factor, as provided in the IPPA Agreement.
