Confidential Information of SGI shall include SGI Know-How, Drug Conjugation Technology, SGI’s interest in any Program Inventions, whether or not marked “Confidential.” Confidential Information of Genmab shall include Genmab Technology, the contents, terms and conditions of Genmab’s In-Licenses, and Genmab’s interest in any Program Inventions, whether or not marked “Confidential”.
