Geographic Areas is used henceforth, it shall mean those territorial limits described above. 46
Geographic Areas means: (i) the Franchise Location; (ii) the area within two miles of the Franchise Location; (iii) the areas within two miles of the physical location of any other Creamery existing at the time Franchise Owner begins to operate the Competing Business; (iv) if the Franchise Business is a Milkster Hero, the Territory; and (v) the territory of any Milkster Hero Creamery.
Geographic Areas means the states listed in Exhibit II of this Agreement.
