Coverage Area means the area described in the Website for which Nearmap has available Products, which may cover part or all of that area and which may cover part (but not all) of the area covered by the Survey.
Coverage or “Covering”) shall mean that the developing, making, using, offering for sale, promoting, selling or importing of a given compound, formulation or product would infringe a Valid Claim of an issued patent in the absence of a license under such Valid Claim. The determination of whether a compound, formulation or product is Covered by a particular Valid Claim shall be made on a country-by-country basis.
Coverage territory means the United States of America (including its territories and possessions), Puerto Rico and Canada.
Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;
Iatrogenic infertility means an impairment of fertility by surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or other medical treatment affecting reproductive organs or processes.
Disabled parking license plate means a license plate that displays the international symbol of access
Infertility means the condition of an otherwise presumably healthy individual who is unable to conceive or produce conception during a period of one (1) year.
Medical malpractice insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice and provision of a medical service other than the practice and provision of a dental service.
Lot coverage means the percentage of lot area covered by all buildings on the lot;
long-term insurance business means long-term insurance business as defined in the Insurance Act, 1943 (Act 27 of 1943), and includes any business which is for the purposes of the said Act dealt with by the Registrar of Insurance as long-term insurance business and any business which in the opinion of the Minister is medical aid insurance business conducted on a non-cancellable basis;
Individual health insurance coverage means health insurance coverage offered to individuals in the
Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.
Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;
Residential living care means a level of service provided by an assisted living facility for adults
General Liability Insurance Subcontractor shall carry minimum primary General Liability Insurance for the following amounts:
Medical care facility as used in this title, means any institution, place, building or agency, whether
D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.
Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.
Long-term disability insurance or "LTD insurance" means employ- er-paid long-term disability insurance and employee-paid long-term disability insurance offered by the PEBB program.
General Liabilities shall have the meaning given it in Article III, Section 6(b) of this Declaration of Trust;
Health insurance coverage means benefits consisting of medical care (provided directly, through
Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
Period of Coverage means the Plan Year, with the following exceptions: (a) for Employees who first become eligible to participate, it shall mean the portion of the Plan Year following the date on which participation commences, as described in Section 3.1; and (b) for Employees who terminate participation, it shall mean the portion of the Plan Year prior to the date on which participation terminates, as described in Section 3.2.
Asset Coverage means asset coverage, as determined in accordance with Section 18(h) of the 1940 Act, of at least 200% with respect to all outstanding senior securities of the Trust which are stock, including all Outstanding Series B Preferred Shares (or such other asset coverage as may in the future be specified in or under the 1940 Act as the minimum asset coverage for senior securities which are stock of a closed-end investment company as a condition of declaring dividends on its common stock), determined on the basis of values calculated as of a time within 48 hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays) next preceding the time of such determination.
Medical equipment means equipment used in a patient care environment to support patient treatment and diagnosis.
Students with disabilities means students who have individualized education programs regardless of the disability.
