Geological Data definition

Geological Data means all subsurface geological information to include but not limited to well logs, borings, surveys, tests, magnetic and gravity surveys produced or acquired by Juneau within the Lands during the Term of this Lease. Tetlin agrees to keep such Geophysical and Geological Data confidential and to use such Geophysical and Geological Data only internally during the Term of this Lease, except to the extent such Data pertains to any portion of the Lands released from the Lease by Juneau pursuant to Subsection 2.3(a). At anytime after the six consecutive month period immediately following the termination of the Term, or to the extent such Data pertains to portions of the Lands released from said Lease pursuant to Subsection 2.3(a), Tetlin may use all data provided by Juneau for its own use and may disclose such data to third parties.
Geological Data means the geological, engineering, and technical data, information, records, and maps relating to the Xxxxxxx Camp Property that are more particularly described in Part 4 of Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
Geological Data means any Data, other than Seismic Data.

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Clinical Data means the information concerning the safety or performance that is generated from the use of a device and that are sourced from the following:

  • Historical data means any data collected by an ALPR system and stored on the statewide ALPR server operated by the Vermont Justice Information Sharing System of the Department of Public Safety. Any data collected by an ALPR system in accordance with this section shall be considered collected for a legitimate law enforcement purpose.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. The Company and its subsidiaries are presently in material compliance with all applicable laws or statutes and all judgments, orders, rules and regulations of any court or arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority, internal policies and contractual obligations relating to the privacy and security of IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data and to the protection of such IT Systems, Confidential Data, and Personal Data from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that
