German Paying Agent definition

German Paying Agent means Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt and any successor or replacement Paying Agent appointed under the Agency Agreement.
German Paying Agent means Deutsche Bank and any successor German Paying Agent, except that, for the purposes of Article Eight, the German Paying Agent shall not be the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company or an Affiliate of any of them.
