German Pledge Agreements definition

German Pledge Agreements means each pledge agreement or similar agreement pursuant to which the equity, membership interests or partnership interests, or the equivalent thereof, of any Person (other than Atcon) that is, now or in the future, a member of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fresh German Group is pledged to secure any or all of the German Financing.
German Pledge Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.14(d).
German Pledge Agreements means the German Pledge Agreements as defined in the Guaranty and Collateral Agreement.
