German Receivable definition

German Receivable means any Receivable which arises under a Contract with an Account Debtor which is incorporated in Germany or acting through an established place of business in Germany in relation to that contract.
German Receivable means any Receivable offered for sale, sold or purported to be sold pursuant to the German Receivables Purchase and Servicing Agreement;
German Receivable means a Receivable governed by German law.
