German Revolving Facility Exposure means, at any time, with respect to the German Borrower, that portion of the Revolving Facility Exposure comprising (a) Revolving Facility Loans borrowed by the German Borrower, (b) Swingline Exposure to the German Borrower and (c) Revolving L/C Exposure to the German Borrower.
