GGO Common Share Amount definition
GGO Common Share Amount means 32,468,326 plus a number (rounded up to the nearest whole number) equal to 0.1 multiplied by the number of shares of Common Stock issued on or after the Measurement Date and prior to the record date of the GGO Share Distribution as a result of the exercise, conversion or exchange of any Share Equivalents of the Company outstanding on the Measurement Date into Common Stock and employee stock options issued pursuant to the Company Option Plans.
