Giveback Amount definition

Giveback Amount means the amounts required to satisfy Giveback.

Giveback Amount means the amount of the Company’s obligations under the Giveback Provisions.

Giveback Amount means the aggregate of the “Investment—Related Giveback Amount” and “Other Giveback Amount”, as such terms are defined in the BCP V Partnership Agreement.
