Glad Balance Sheet definition

Glad Balance Sheet means the balance sheet of the Glad Business as of June 30, 2002, attached to Section 1.1 to the Clorox Disclosure Schedule. THE PORTIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT IDENTIFIED BY THE SYMBOL “[* * *]” HAVE BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUEST.
