  • Inappropriate disposal will result in a Litter Fee due by the Supplier and Glasgow Life may ban the Supplier from any future event.

  • Glasgow Life staff at the Location will check all appliances and any exceeding the wattage limits will not be permitted to operate.

  • Suppliers must co-operate fully with Glasgow Life or its representatives in any search of vehicles and/or Trade Stands.

  • The Supplier is expressly prohibited from emptying oil onto the ground and if the Supplier is found doing so, this Contract will be immediately terminated in accordance with clause 9.1 and the Supplier will be ejected from the Location immediately without refund and Glasgow Life may ban the Supplier from any future event.
