Glass Breakage definition

Glass Breakage. Landlord shall be responsible for repair and replacement in the event of plate glass damage or breakage, except in the event of negligence of Tenant. Pursuant to Paragraph 4 Tenant is obligated to pay Landlord it's proportionate share of any such costs.

This exclusion applies regardless of the amount of substance or product, and with or without the knowledge of the Insured however, any dwelling or detached private structure with a total of four or less cannabis plants being grown legally for personal recreational use by the occupying insured or tenant, and this action is allowed by both Federal and Provincial law, those cannabis plants are not considered a drug, narcotic or illegal substance. 7. occurring after your dwelling has, to your knowledge, been vacant for more than 30 days; 8. caused by any nuclear incident as defined in the Nuclear Liability Act, nuclear explosion or contamination by radioactive material; 9. caused by war, invasion, act of a foreign enemy, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection or military power; 10. resulting from any intentional or criminal act or failure to act by: a. any person insured by this policy; or b. any other person at the direction of any person insured by this policy; 11. to personal property undergoing any process, including a process involving the application of heat, or while being worked on, where the damage results from such process or work, but resulting damage to other property is insured; 12. caused by continuous or repeated seepage or leakage of water or steam from within a plumbing, heating, sprinkler or air conditioning system or domestic appliance; 13. caused by theft or attempted theft of property in or from a dwelling under construction or of materials and supplies for use in the construction until the dwelling is completed and ready to be occupied; 14. caused by va...
Glass Breakage. The term Glass Breakage means loss, destruction or damage to glass forming a part of the building(s) or Condominium Unit Improvements and Betterments insured hereunder. (not applicable to Seasonal Premises unless otherwise indicated in the Policy Declarations)
