The preamble on page one of the Existing Warrant Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting “Seaport Global Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation” and replacing it with “Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment, Inc., a Delaware corporation”.
Effective Date: 08/24/2018 Global Acquisition and Assistance System (GLAAS): For all cost-type agreements, fixed amount agreements, and simplified agreements, the AO must ensure that the entire agreement or amendment package is processed and generated in GLAAS.
