Global Borrowing Base Deficiency definition

Global Borrowing Base Deficiency means the amount by which (a) the Combined Credit Exposure exceeds (b) the then current Global Borrowing Base.
Global Borrowing Base Deficiency means the amount by which (a) the Combined Credit Exposures of all Combined Lenders under this Agreement and the Canadian Credit Agreement exceeds (b) the then current Global Borrowing Base.

  • No Default, Event of Default, Global Borrowing Base Deficiency, U.S. Borrowing Base Deficiency or Global Availability Deficiency shall have occurred which is continuing.
