Global Collateral definition

Global Collateral means (a) all Vessels (as defined in each of the Vessel Mortgages), the Collateral (as defined in the Mortgages), the Collateral (as defined in the Security Agreements), and the Pledged Collateral (as defined in the Pledge Agreements), in each case to the extent securing the Obligations of each Loan Party other than the Mexican Subsidiaries and (b) all amounts contained in the Cash Collateral Account. Global Collateral shall not include the Xxxxxx Collateral or the MARAD Collateral.
Global Collateral has the meaning set forth in clause 2.
Global Collateral. ’ means, collectively, the rights and assets located outside of South Africa securing the Notes and the Guarantees, as further described in ‘‘Summary Corporate and Financing Structure’’;

More Definitions of Global Collateral

Global Collateral means any and all property owned, leased or operated by a Global Loan Party covered by the Collateral Documents and any and all other property of any Global Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that may at any time be, become or be intended to be, subject to a security interest or Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent, on behalf of itself and the Lenders and other Secured Parties, to secure the Secured Obligations; provided, however, that, in respect of the assets of any Global Loan Party, “Global Collateral” shall not include any Excluded Assets.
Global Collateral means, collectively, the Ranger Collateral and the Non-Ranger Collateral.

  • Control Collateral means any Collateral consisting of any Certificated Security (as defined in Section 8-102 of the Uniform Commercial Code), Investment Property, Deposit Account, Instruments and any other Collateral as to which a Lien may be perfected through possession or control by the secured party, or any agent therefor.

  • Additional Collateral Any of the following held, in addition to the related Mortgaged Property, as security for a Mortgage Loan: (i) all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment rights, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description now existing or hereafter acquired which is pledged as security for the repayment of such Mortgage Loan, (ii) third-party guarantees, and (A) all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment rights, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description now existing or hereafter acquired which is pledged as collateral for such guarantee or (B) any mortgaged property securing the performance of such guarantee, or (iii) such other collateral as may be set forth in the Series Supplement.

  • U.S. Collateral means any and all property owned, leased or operated by a Person covered by the U.S. Collateral Documents and any and all other property of any U.S. Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that may at any time be or become subject to a security interest or Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent to secure the Secured Obligations.

  • ABL Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any ABL Obligations.

  • Credit Agreement Collateral Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
